Terms of Service

By using Skoro you agree to these Terms. They're written in plain English to keep things clear.

1. The service

Skoro is an AI-powered chat widget that businesses embed on their website to qualify visitors, generate quotes, and capture leads. We provide the software; you bring your pricing and brand.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done on your account.
  • One account per business. Sub-accounts and team members are not yet supported.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.

3. Subscription & billing

  • Free 14-day trial for all new accounts — no credit card required.
  • After trial: monthly or annual subscription via Stripe. Prices shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
  • Failed payment: we'll email you, and your account moves to past due. Update your card to continue.
  • No refunds for partial months. You keep access until the end of the billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Skoro to:

  • Send spam, harass users, or violate laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Misrepresent prices or run scams under our infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer the product or use it to build a competing service.
  • Embed the widget on sites that distribute malware or illegal content.

We'll terminate accounts that violate this. No refund.

5. AI-generated content

Skoro uses third-party AI models (OpenAI) to generate quotes and replies. AI output is best-effort and may occasionally be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing leads and confirming pricing before quoting customers. We are not liable for AI mistakes or omissions.

6. Your data

You own all the content you put into Skoro (pricing catalog, knowledge base, leads, conversations). We process it on your behalf to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but we don't guarantee it. Skoro is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skoro is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We can terminate accounts for violations of these Terms with reasonable notice. On termination, your data is purged within 90 days (excluding backups, which expire within 30 days of the purge).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll email all customers at least 30 days before material changes. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria.
